The PRINCE2 Method Template has been put together to save you time in setting up your PRINCE2 project and it saves you tons of time!
Just give your project a name and there it is all the official templates and a set of further templates, tools and resources produced by the author of the original official templates. What's more it is all structured into the PRINCE2 processes, simply click on the diagrams and it will give your the documents and templates and guidance about how to use them in the process you are viewing.
The Method template also includes Planning, Risk and Issue tools and in the commercial products there are built automatically into the reporting structure so you can be off and flying in no time at all.
The Library and additional resources features really help to keep your processes authentic and of course the PROJECT in a box in built document management, approvals and assurance capabilities make the job of keeping on top of your project materials much easier than if you were to use a folder structure or Sharepoint.
The team at PROJECT in a box have put the PRINCE2 Method Template through the APMG’s assurance process and it has been recognised as a licensed product allowing it to use the Swirl logo. We have done the hard work so you can be confident your documentation and processes are authentic. We are the only software that provides Licensed methodology for PRINCE2©, MSP© and DSDM Atern© (Agile) if you find other vendors offering methodology in their systems you might want to ask just how authentic it is.
Using the PRINCE2 Method Template
All of our products come provided with the lighter PRINCE2 Resource Pack as standard, this includes the free Community Edition product.
To add the process enables PRINCE2 Method Template you will need to pay the modest upgrade fee to cover the use of the licensed materials included. The fee varies from just £15 (+vat) for Community Edition users through to £100 (+vat) for Enterprise Edition users. You can then download the method template and use it to create as many projects as you wish from your PROJECT in a box software.
